Carolyn is a professional flute teacher who gives lessons in North London/Potters Bar, south Hertfordshire. She teaches students of all ages, ranging in ability from beginners to Diploma and Degree level performers. Carolyn also teaches music theory and beginner piano.

Carolyn is currently flute teacher at Queen Elizabeth's School in Barnet and Aldenham Prep School in Hertfordshire. She worked for ten years at Berkhamsted school in Hertfordshire where she taught beginner flute pupils in the Preparatory School from age 6.

Carolyn prepares students for ABRSM grade exams including diplomas, A-Level and GCSE performance exams, concerts, auditions and competitions, but equally enjoys teaching adult pupils who are learning 'just for fun'! Exams are hosted every term in her music studio.

Carolyn teaches at her home in Potters Bar in a music studio equipped with a Yamaha grand piano. She is DBS (formerly CRB) checked.

Fees are £50 per hour (£25 per half hour).
